Devon Hyland is a comedian, writer, musician, and filmmaker. The triumphant co-winner of his rural high school's theatre award, Devon briefly attended York University's film program before dropping out to pursue live comedy in Toronto. He was soon hired by the Second City Education Company, performing repetory scenes and teaching improv workshops to kids. He then set sail for nine months aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, again performing and teaching with Second City. Back on land, he spent almost 3 years as a member of The Second City National Touring company, then wrote and performed in two Second City Mainstage revues in 2017.

As a television actor, Devon has been in Workin' Moms (CBC), Cupcake & Dino (Netflix), and will be in four episodes of the upcoming animated show Transformers: BotBots (Netflix).

Devon acted in his first television commercial when he was 13. Since then he's performed in many radio/television commercials for such prestigious companies as... Boston Pizza, The Beer Store, Quaker, OLG, Ikea, Mitsubishi, Virgin, NoFrills, Westjet, BMO, Kraft Dinner, Sleep Country, CDIC, Nestea, Schick, FedEx, M&M Meats, Airheads, Molson, The Canadian Film Centre, Rogers, Bell, and Tim Hortons.
